
By Clicking on the image (at the right) you will be re-directed to NeverClueless Client Support page at http://www.remote.ws.

Once you see the page (as pictured at right) you can click on the link "Show My PC". A window will open on your screen (see below, window1) and you will be prompted "Do you want to run or save this file?"
This will allow your computer to dowload the support application to your PC. After completing the download, a second window (see below example2) will open and prompt you "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?"
Please note: this program is safe to run on your PC. It will run an executable (.exe) file that will provide a secure connection between your computer and our representative ONLY, so that we may assist you.
Depending on you Operating system (XP, Vista or Windows 7) your screen my go dark or black asking for your permission to contniue.
A new window will open, "ShowMyPC Collaboration 3042" (see below). The checkbox "Give Full Control to Users" should be checked. Click on the button "Show my PC Now". in a couple seconds a 4 digit password will appear in a box to the right of the button. You can share this password with the representative on the phone attempting to assist you. After our representative connects, you may see you screen flash, and the representative will be able to "drive" your computer. You will also have access at the sime time to direct them to your area of difficulty.
