By agreeing to the terms and conditions for payment of services, you are authorizing PayPal to make payment to Heartland Hosting, LLC (ar@heartland-hosting.com) for the amount each term.  Payments will be made on the scheduled basis until you click on the "Terminate Services" button.  Upon Termination, your website will be suspended, and email will cease to function.  If you wish to terminate services and transfer your website to a new provider please call 308-627-6699 BEFORE you Terminate Service.  You may cancel at any time.  SiteBuilder Websites are not transferrable.

Website Hosting Services: Heartland Hosting, LLC, shall provide hosting for the web site content (static content only, HTML & CGI scripting, no database access) on a web server connected to the Internet that shall be accessible at all times, except such times that the service is inaccessible due to any maintenance procedures which are required to be performed from time to time. Heartland Hosting, LLC, shall make reasonable efforts to perform such maintenance activities at times of lowest system usage.  By clicking any button below you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for payment of services.

Website Maintenance Services:  Heartland Hosting, LLC, will provide website maintenance to existing web pages, not to exceed 4 hours per calendar month.  Any new work to ADD pages or CHANGE design of the existing site will constitute and a new work order and is subject to additional fees based on the mutual agreement between Heartland Hosting, LLC and the client.  Unused time DOES NOT rollover to the subsequent months.  All requests MUST be submitted via email to admin@heartland-hosting.com.  By clicking any button below you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for payment of services.

Domain Name Services: Heartland Hosting, LLC, will register/renew the domain name requested (www.name.com) from our partners at GoDaddy (Wild West Domains).  Unless specifically requested by client, domains registered by Heartland Hosting, LLC, will be registered to and administered by Heartland Hosting, LLC, on behalf of the client including annual domain name renewal when required.  Domains renewed automatically without payment from the customer shall become the property of Heartland Hosting, LLC.  Domain name(s) may be reclaimed within 15 days after automatic renewal with your payment plus a $10.00 service charge.   If you choose not to renew the domain, you will need to notify Heartland Hosting BEFORE the renewal date, or the domain will automatically be renewed.
